accept Buddha nature:
if you accept suffering
that is part of life
you will also discover and accept your own Buddha nature
that comes with you.
or mi to fo,
how do you
how do you know you are enlightened?
you know you are enlightened,
when you are no longer attached to things you used to,
when you are not upset by things that you were attached to
when you are more serene and dignified in your appearance.
or mi to fo,
Our nature is the mind. And the mind is our nature. This nature is the same as the mind of all Buddhas. Buddhas of the past and future only transmit this mind. Beyond this mind there’s no Buddha anywhere. But deluded people don’t realize that their own mind is the Buddha. They keep searching outside. They never stop invoking Buddhas or worshipping Buddhas and wondering Where is the buddha? Don’t indulge in such illusions. Just know your mind. Beyond your mind there’s no other Buddha. The sutras say, "Everything that has form is an illusion." They also say, "Wherever you are, there’s a Buddha." Your mind is the Buddha.
or mi to fo,
there is mind:
before you think,
the is MIND,
once you think
there is corrupted thinking,
the deluded mind.
when you meditate
decide for yourself
if you are in the pure state of mind
or in delusion still.
or mi to fo,
You can’t know your real mind as long as you deceive yourself. As long as you’re enthralled by a lifeless form, you’re not free. If you don’t believe me, deceiving yourself won’t help. It’s not the Buddha’s fault. People, are deluded. They’re un-aware that their own mind is the Buddha.
or mi to fo,
The practice of self-awakening does not lie in verbal arguments. If you argue which comes first, meditation or wisdom, you are deluded people. You won't be able to settle the argument and instead will cling to objective things, and will never escape from the four states of phenomena.
or mi to fo,
Good friends, my teaching of the Dharma takes meditation and wisdom as its basis. Never under any circumstances say mistakenly that meditation and wisdom are different; they are a unity, not two things.
Meditation itself is the substance of wisdom; wisdom itself is the function of meditation At the very moment when there is wisdom, then meditation exists in wisdom; at the very moment when there is meditation, then wisdom exists in meditation.
or mi to fo
The Master Hui-neng called, saying: "Good friends, enlightenment (bodhi\ and intuitive wisdom (prajnd) are from the outset possessed by men of this world themselves.
It is just because the mind is deluded that men/women cannot attain awakening to themselves. They must seek a good teacher to show them how to see into their own natures. Good friends, if you meet awakening, [Buddha]-wisdom will be achieved.

power of acceptance:
if you don't accept your depression
you will be depressed;
i fyou don't accept your suffering
you will suffer;
if you don't accept you are black
you will bear the stigma of black;
if you don't accept you can be Buddha
you will not be Buddha.
or mi to fo,
it's not that easy to understand Buddhism.
to say
this is Buddhism
is the same like saying
THIS IS THE TRUTH.
JUST BE HUMBLE
AND
say it like it is
and say
you say it.
do not be arrogant and say
this is Buddhism.
or mi to fo,
say Buddhism:
do not just say Buddhism.
practice and realize Buddhism.
do not just say breathe.
practice breathing
and be aware of the breathing.
you may just die,
just saying breathing
without breathing.

Requirement for devotion
Consistent deviotion requires one to closely
watch one's own health and safety, showing
compassion for oneself and others.
The Platform Sutra
Therefore, no-thought is established as a doctrine.
Because man in his
delusion has thoughts in relation to his environment,
heterodox ideas
stemming from these thoughts arise,
and passions and false views are
produced from them.
Therefore this teaching has established
no-thought as a doctrine.
or mi to fo,
Living Buddha
Those medical professionals who have the great
mentality to stand firm at their posts to guard
lives are real Buddhas and Bodhisattvas who
listen and reach out to the crying sufferers.
am i enlightened:
a person that is
does no ask.
he/she
just go on with life
with no suffering.
of course
there is still that trials and tribulations
of life.
that person
just takes them all in stride,
with no complaints.
or mi to fo,
True vegetarianism
In promoting vegetarianism for good health, we
should also build ourselves pure bodies, mouths
and minds by saying good words, doing good
deeds, and making good vows.
id to ego
to find the ego
follow id;
to find the attachment,
follow suffering.
no id,
no ego, enlightened.
no suffering,
no attachment, enlightened.
or mi to fo,
Your purpose in life is to find your purpose and give your whole heart and soul to it.
- Gautama Buddha -
Values of utilization
Our life's values are not measured by their lengths,
but by how well we utilize our bodies and wisdom
to serve the crowds.
transgression:
if you don't live in mindfulness
you will not be aware of your transgression
and
you will not be humble.
if you are not humble
and
you are not mindful
you are not living the right path.
or mi to fo,
Self-reflection
Do look after our own minds and show respect
to everyone as much as to Buddha.

"Compassion is not religious business, it is human business, it is not luxury, it is essential for our own peace and mental stability, it is essential for human survival."
― Dalai Lama XIV
Buddha showed the way:
Buddha showed us
how to live
like a Buddha.
believe in yourself
you have buddha within
and
if you like like Buddha
you can be Buddha.
will you rather live like
how your father had lived
or will you keep repeating
what your father said.
or mi to fo,
The blessed
Do give with gratitude and love with an
open mind. Those who help others are the
most blessed.
silent good:
if you do good
and remain silent,
it's more likely to be good
if you do good
and
have to explain
it is good
then
you may not have done so good.
that's just the truth.
or mi to fo,
Be vigilant
The only way to dissolve the world's disasters
is everyone stays faithful and vigilant to precepts.
