Your Soul's Plan By Pamela Kribbe & Mother Mary
Dear friends, beautiful brothers and sisters,
I greet you all. I am Mary, and I represent the female aspect of the Christ energy. I have stood in the light of that energy, but I have also experienced the dark side of being human on Earth. I come here with the deepest possible respect for you all, because the step you have taken from a heavenly atmosphere of love and goodness into this earthly sphere, where so much fear and negativity is active, is infinitely courageous. I want you to be able to see and to experience your own courage, to see it through my eyes. I see your light, your soul’s light. I now connect with your heart, with who you are. Feel me, we are equals.
Remember the simplicity, comfort, and joy in living from what is pleasing to you. When you were on this side, from where I now speak, you did feel lighter and freer. You were not bound to the human body, the restrictions that it imposes, and the collective thoughts and feelings that live in human society. You could say you were more yourself. Sense what that feels like.
Imagine you are in a beautiful garden rich with various plants and flowers. See those as the symbol of the heavenly atmosphere from which you have come. Feel the vibration of life there: the openness, the refinement, the respect for the life of one another. Feel the harmony in this great garden and how deeply connected you are to it. Be there and recognize this garden, and not only the plants and animals you see around you, but also the feeling, the atmosphere.
Be there for a moment and sense how your body feels. You have a body, but it might look different. Feel how lightweight it is, how easily you move, and how easily you connect with the life around you. You feel the consciousness of the flowers, the trees, and the sky. You feel the peace of this place, and allow that peace to penetrate into you. Be completely here in this garden. Your feet make contact with the soil, and that contact grounds the energy of lightness and peace into the here and now. Hold on to the bridge with this other world when we now return to the earthly reality.
In the depths of your soul you are a bridge. You are here on Earth to embody the power, the warmth, the peace, and the love of that heavenly garden. You are an angel of light on this Earth. Those are big words, but I truly mean them – if only you believed that. Often you are in despair; you doubt your power and the light that lives within you. Your soul’s power is immense, but you tend to focus on what goes wrong, what is not doing well. You set high standards for yourself, but in doing that you make yourself unnecessarily small. Make yourself big; remember your vast radiant essence.
When you go to the Earth and incarnate, you descend, so to say, down a ladder, and as you progress on your way down, you lose something of the memory of who you really are. At the moment you begin that descent, you are surrounded by the light and peace of Heaven and by the loving guides that support you – feel that.
But you do not just start a new life on Earth; there is a period that precedes that. You first let go of the old life you have just lived, and you come Home to an atmosphere and setting that suits you. There, you slowly let go of the life you have lived on Earth and the emotions you experienced in that life. This is a period of rest and coming Home.
When you have had terrible, heavy experiences in a previous life, it takes some time for you to recover and to remember who you are. There is literally a need for recovery time and there is help available to you on the other side to assist you in doing that. When you gradually come back to yourself, and the deepest wounds are healed, you are then able to look back to your earthly life and see it all in a broader perspective.
The biggest relief you experience on the other side, the side from which I speak, is the profound gentleness with which you will be surrounded and encouraged to look at yourself, like a parent to its child. You then look with understanding and warmth at the things you have regarded as errors during your lifetime. You feel the depth of your pain, your fear, your suffering, and you put your angel wings around yourself. That gentleness helps you to release and heal the deepest traumas. Yet that is not the end of the story, because you eventually feel – although it can take decades or even centuries before it happens – that you want to go back. The Earth is calling you.
There is a desire that grows in you to try incarnation again, in those circumstances and with their inherent limitations, but also with the possibilities. There are issues you cannot live through or transform in the hereafter. That process is only possible on Earth, where you have a body, where you are human and have emotions. It is exactly all those circumstances and challenges that you know from being here that will make intense growth possible on the level of consciousness.
I wish you could realize how far you have already come. All of you who sit here have begun this life with a backpack full of ancient wisdom and experiences. You are here to heal old wounds, but you are also here to bring in the light of Heaven and to spread it among people, like a seed, so that the vibration of the Earth’s atmosphere increases and becomes more peaceful and gentle, such as it is in that heavenly garden. So you have a double mission to complete here, and I use the word “mission” in a relaxed sense, and not as a holy “should”, or duty, or responsibility that is required of you, but as a gentle longing in your soul, a love in your heart to return to Earth, because you love the Earth.

You see the beauty of Earth reflected in the gardens of Heaven. Nature on Earth moves you, because you are a part of the Earth. You want to help and assist her, and you want to heal yourself and to experience for yourself what it is like to be on Earth as a whole human being. Doing that brings a deep fulfillment to your soul. To be male or female here on Earth, to be a child and to grow up, to enter into friendships with other people and sometimes into conflict, to be imbued by your soul as a whole human being so you can fully channel your soul to Earth, that is your highest purpose. That cannot be accomplished on the other side; it is here where your objective lies, and I ask you to remember that.
See yourself symbolically placed on a ladder or stairway before you actually incarnate. Feel the energies of the heavenly atmosphere, your own wisdom, and the support and encouragement of loving guides around you. They watch you; they have respect and reverence for your choice, and so encourage you as well.
Go ahead, step on to the ladder, your descent is about to begin. You take one step and one more and you feel you have to let go of the hands of your guides as they cannot reach any farther. While doing this, feel the light of your soul burn in your heart. See the image of a torch or a candle, and concentrate on that light and on the happy memories, and the atmosphere of harmony and peace that is your Home, and descend even farther. If you feel oppressed by the heaviness of the earthly atmosphere that comes toward you, or if you feel you are in doubt or anxious, concentrate once again on that torch of light – hold up that torch. Take that symbolic torch from your heart in your right hand and illuminate your path to Earth.
What I ask you to do here is not to only remember what it was like to descend into the earthly realm, but from this present moment where we are peacefully gathered together, to also go back and bring light to where you had a difficult time incarnating, where you had doubts about your ability to be really present here on Earth with the fullness of your light and consciousness.
Give yourself confidence, surround yourself with gentleness, and make yourself welcome on Earth. Maybe you can see how your awareness slid slowly into that little body still resting in your mother’s womb. Surround that embryo you then were with a gentle light in colors which it needs. You can imagine you sing to that child, and because you are an angel of light, you will find the words and the sounds to reassure this child. This is how you create a channel from Heaven to Earth for yourself.
Feel the vulnerability of the child you were, its body still so fragile and frail. And yet, there is a great courage and strength already gathered in that child. Praise the child; praise it and the power, the confidence, the light that lives in this baby. Imagine you accompany this child as an Angel of light and guide it on its journey on Earth. Now you are your higher self and your most important task is to love and to reassure the child, to tell it that whatever it is doing is beautiful and courageous, and that its Home is in the heavenly atmosphere of infinite gentleness and beauty. Be on the side of this child and see it grow.
View yourself from the eyes of your higher self. See how hard it was on occasion for the child to be on Earth, the lack of understanding it experienced, and not even for anything in particular, but generally. The density and the unrelenting nature of the energies on Earth are a blow to the soul. The hypersensitivity, which virtually each of you has developed in the course of your lives and the many trips your soul has made throughout the universe, causes the child to see and perceive much to which it cannot initially relate. Have compassion for the child who experienced all this without being able to understand it as yet.
See how infinitely powerful you must have been to have ventured this jump into the deep, and the fact you are here from a desire to now connect with who you really are, with your soul, your higher self, and to live that connection while in a human body. You have not forgotten your purpose, the memory lies dormant deep within you, although you have been taught to make yourself small, to doubt yourself, to look especially at things that are not going as well as expected. But I tell you, turn that perspective around and see yourself from the greatness that you are. Make yourself grand and vast, spread your angel wings and look upon yourself with appreciation.
When a new life begins on Earth, when a new personality is born, the soul looks at that event as to the birth of a child. So, even as an adult, you are still a child in the eyes of your soul, a child who goes bravely on its adventurous way. As a soul, you love this child, you want to support it, and as a soul, you see beyond the child and beyond that dark cloud in which the child is enshrouded.
I invite you to connect with the perspective of your soul. See how your soul is trying to help you by shining a light on that dark cloud in your life. Take something that feels emotionally heavy, a recurring problem, or maybe something new with which you are struggling. I ask you not so much to look for an answer or for a solution, but to feel for that energy you send to yourself from your soul. Be the soul,be that Angel of light you just were. Let your light shine on that dark cloud and see what feeling it calls up. What does the soul feel like to that human being down there below who does not see beyond that cloud? What does that soul feel for you? Allow that feeling to penetrate into you.
Your soul would like you to know that she appreciates you, that she is deeply connected with you, and that whatever you do she stands beside you and embraces and loves you. That is what your soul wants to say to you, first and foremost. When you are open to that perspective, you begin to experience yourself differently. You are doing nothing wrong or making mistakes, you are just trying to live your life and your soul offers you that freedom.
It is not a question of hearing from your soul: “Should I do this or that, should I choose A or B, did I do it well or am I doing it wrong?” That is not what the soul wants to tell you. The soul wants you to be deeply aware of your true beauty, and the power and the wisdom in your life. The soul wants to give to you a great sense of relief and joy. It is good to be who you are; you are gorgeous, you are growing and learning, and in doing that there is something courageous.
You have entered into the dance with life on Earth. That is something that evokes our greatest reverence and respect. We kneel down before you – it is so – and we do not want anything better than that you say “amen” to your own greatness and then the answers will come.
But first you need to feel that greatness, your strength and wisdom within, and you need do nothing more, because you are already “there”. The solidity you experience from doing that causes you to better receive the answers about what you want in your life, or what is lacking in it, or what you are missing, and from your greatness, you will find the answers. You do not have to reach outside yourself, or seek for a higher self that exists far away in Heaven, or guides that are also somewhere “out there”. It is all here; you are here with all your wisdom and strength.
Also, your guides and soul are here, close to you. We will not abandon you, but it is your path on Earth and it is for you to turn the key. That is something we cannot do for you. That is the way to remembering the self: to realize who you are in an atmosphere that does not reflect that self as directly as in those beautiful, abundant gardens, which did reflect your beauty and soul force. Here, you must experience the garden within yourself.
There is only joy in Creation, and when you turn the key and open the door and say “yes” to yourself, life on Earth becomes rich with possibilities and opportunities. That is your goal, that is your own soul’s plan: to be your soul here, to remember her and to live her. You can begin by seeking out your darkest emotion, and treating it as a brave child who needs your support and encouragement. And so to become aware of your wings and to embrace this child, and then to take it to that Heavenly atmosphere of Home where everything is well and harmonious.
Finally, I ask you all to bring that picture of that garden alive in you one more time, here in this place on Earth. Bring the feel of Heaven to Earth, and feel the joy and the comfort of being there. Your mind and your body feel lighter and freer; you have no worries. We call up that atmosphere here together and so we now bring this light to Earth and illuminate the realm of the Earth with this light. I thank you all for the chan

The Presence Of Everything By Natalie Glasson & AA Raphael
In loving radiant presence, I, Archangel Raphael, greet you. May my healing energies awaken your belief in your own healing powers, creating a beautiful dawning of spiritual strength and the creative forces within you.
Now is the time to recognize your own radiance and realize what is present for you within your inner radiance. I simply act as a mirror for you to recognize the Creator residing within your physical body; an eternal presence. Everything you see, sense and acknowledge within me, is present within yourself as well.
The Creator begins within each of us
Such a profound statement when you accept its truth, explore it deeply and live from this understanding. When you are unwilling to recognise the Creator within, you are believing that the Creator is initiated through others, whether inner plane light beings or physical people.
The Creator is your origin. All openings and awakenings of any form are born from the Creator. The Creator arises from your essence and creates through you. In every form and dimension of your being, the Creator begins within you and all beings.
This means you hold all that is the Creator within you. From the birth of the Creator to all creations, from the eternal nature of the Creator to the nothingness of the Creator. The entire journey of the Creator resides within you, whether you are in existence in a physical or light body. Within this realization you seek the Creator within you rather than outside of yourself. You recognize the power, truth, and radiance you hold within you.
Allow yourself to affirm out loud a few times and then in your mind, ‘The Creator begins within me.’ Allow yourself to acknowledge how this feels for you. What emotions, thoughts or sensations arise from within you? Do you believe the statement to be true or does it feel unreal to you? Exploring this statement supports you in deepening your understanding of the presence of the Creator within you.
Creation is your truth and embodiment
Creation is the formation of energy and light into thought, emotion, physical or anything that can be experienced and embodied. Creation is the awakening of a journey of exploring the Creator’s essence. You could say it is the beginning of an expression of the Creator.
If the Creator takes form within you and shapes manifestations/ creations, then the divine mind and divine plan of the Creator are present within you as well as every journey of creation that you have ever experienced and which every soul has manifested. This is your truth, it is the vibration that pulsates throughout your being, flows through your life and intertwines into everything you create. You are an embodiment of truth and creation, whether you believe it wholeheartedly or not. In fact, you are an embodiment of all truth and creation of the entire universe of the Creator.

The Creator resides within nature, the universe, the world, life, and the cosmos. All of these are a creation of the Creator. Nothing is separate, everything is existing in oneness and harmony, even when chaos is present. You currently recognize yourself as separate from everything that is the Creator and yet everything resides within you.
There is first a need to recognize that everything holds the energy and essence of the Creator. You may judge something as being negative or positive, even that it is impossible for certain things or experiences to hold the energy of the Creator, however, judgment causes separation and misunderstanding.
When you recognize that the energy of the Creator is in constant creation, constant motion, and manifestation, you realize that there is only movement within the energy of the Creator, so nothing stays the same. Transformation and change are a constant in the presence of the Creator.
Secondly, it is powerful to recognize that if everything holds the energy and essence of the Creator then you do too. If everything holds the energy and essence of the Creator, then everything is the Creator and resides within the Creator. Thus, the presence of everything exists within you.
As a being in existence upon the Earth, it can be challenging with the limitations of the mind to recognize the presence of everything. The Creator is eternal, and it can be demanding to contemplate everything simultaneously.
But it is possible to gain a sense of the Divine Presence of everything within you, connecting with the energy, vibrations, and frequency of the Creator. Thus, you embody the presence of everything and are able to access all you need and require to be of service to yourself and others.
What does it mean to you to embody and align with the presence of everything?
What would it change in your reality and life experiences to embody and align with the presence of everything?
What would you consciously create and be guided to create from the space of embodying and aligning with the presence of everything?
It is important to take some time to contemplate and meditate upon the realization and acceptance of the presence of everything residing within you. To achieve this, I, Archangel Raphael, invite you to repeat the statement, ‘I Am the Presence of Everything.’ You are stating that the Creator who resides within you and all beings is the presence of everything, all that is the Creator.
As you recite the statement either out loud or silently, you allow the energy being created to direct your focus deeper and deeper within, aligning you with the energy, vibration, and frequency of the presence of everything. Thus, your entire being pulsates as the presence of everything, with infinite opportunities to create infinite possibilities.
Everything has already been created and yet it is experienced as if it is fresh and new. This is because of your willingness to be present in that moment with whatever is forming or manifesting. Each time you allow yourself to be present you transform, grow and are different. Thus, each moment is approached and experienced differently. Each moment is unique.
While it can be testing to imagine that all that is the Creator exists within you, it can be challenging to come to terms with the understanding that everything you agree with and disagree with is also present within you.
It is powerful to realize your perspective creates your understanding of agreeing and disagreeing. Your thoughts and the thoughts of others can create that which you disagree with. I, Archangel Raphael, invite you to accept that everything is present within you; focus on the truth and inspirational nature of the Creator.
If anything, not aligned with the inspirational nature of the Creator arises then simply let it go through your intention. You will be releasing it on behalf of the world and the entire universe of the Creator, which is an amazing service. Let the healing begin.
You may wish to take time to realize and meditate on the embodiment that you have access to everything you need and require; it is all present within you.
To be present in the moment and conscious of what is occurring is a powerful skill.
To be present with all you recognize yourself to be is inspirational.
To be present with everything is your truth.

We Shall Fear No Evil Maintaining Connection With The Divine By Ann Albers & The Angels
Message From The Angels .....
My dear friends, we love you so very much,
Not a single soul has more power over you than you do. Your feelings are your feelings. Your vibration is your vibration. Your spirit is yours and yours alone, and it has power and dominion over your body, your vibration,and therefore over the external circumstances that affect you in your outer life.
If you remain connected to the Divine then, truly “although you walk in the valley of shadow of death you will fear no evil," for evil is an illusion. All is love. Evil is that which forgets its true nature. Evil is the ax that chops off an arm rather than renders the fallen tree fuel for the fire. Evil is the atomic energy, intended to power cities, that is used instead for the bomb that destroys lives. Evil is the person who is so wounded they feel it OK to hurt you... but are these things and these souls really evil dear ones? Not in our eyes. Never in our eyes. They have simply been misused. They have simply forgotten their light.
Regardless of the world and those around you, if you could remain steadfast in your light, you could walk with bombs going off around you and remain unscathed. In complete connection with the Divine, you could hug someone with a highly contagious disease without fear of contracting the very same. We certainly don’t advocate doing these things while you are still seeking to reconnect with your essential self. You are not yet ready, for when you have even a tinge of fear or doubt in the light and power of the Divine, you allow these things to enter your vibration. You allow yourselves to be affected by them.
There is nonetheless, a deeper truth. Nothing, no one – no virus, no scoundrel, no ex-spouse, no parent, no boss, no murderer – has more power over you than your Light when you are in connection with the Divine.
Your light, God's light, is millions of times more powerful than any darkness, than any who forget or are misused. Your light illuminates a singular truth. Evil is an illusion. There is only light that remembers, and light that forgets.
The light and love within you want to connect only with the light and love in your outer world. It has no desire to connect with their darkness. It desires only to shine through their darkness until they too can see their own light.
This love within you wants to shine upon the illusions of the world, and say, “I see you! I see the true nature of your soul. Even if you are lost in illusion and darkness, I know who you really are. I am the light, and love, and health, and wealth, and happiness, and harmony, and unity – the field of infinite potential that lives in all and breathes as One in all! I exist beneath your illness, your pains, and your suffering, waiting to arise and dissolve them in the light of my love! I am One with the light beneath all sadness, all anger, all upset, all jealousy. I see beneath illusion. I connect only with your light.”
And so, dear friends the more you strive to embrace yourself with love, and the more you try to see the light emerging in even the darkest situations, the more you will feel the love, the light, and the Presence of the Divine within you. Likewise, the more you will see it in all creation.
The more you find time in silence to connect to the vast, expansive nature of your true being, the more you will remain untroubled by your challenges, by the world, by others, and by the situations around you. Even the thoughts within you that try to dislodge you from your joy will dissolve into greater truth.
As a tree rooted in the earth and reaching to the heavens remains steady in the storm, so too, you – rooted in love – will weather the storms of life with a steady and abiding faith. You will at first imagine, then you will come to believe, and at long last you will simply know and experience the goodness and love that exist beneath all illusions of darkness, pain, and suffering.
Don’t fear the world, dear ones. Don't fear the politicians, the viruses, the wars, the crimes, the anger and hatred. Pray for them. Send it/them your light. Refuse to believe that darkness has any true power. Witness, with your inner sight and imagination, the light attempting to rise up within all things and all beings. Keep your own vibration in a higher space so you can ripple your joy, your love, your peace into the very vibrational fabric of humanity.
With practice, light is all that you will experience. You will witness the darkness, but you will know, feel, and live within a deeper truth. All is One. All is Love. All pain, suffering, and darkness are only illusions that you, or others, could be anything less.
Though you walk in the valley of the shadow of death, you will fear no evil.

Ann's Message .....
Hi Everyone,
I used to be a very self-righteous, indignant, and religiously-biased young woman. I never would have admitted that in my early twenties. I thought I was right. Words like, "Can you believe that? How could they?" and many more slid easily off my tongue. I, like most of us, was born, brewed, and steeped in the illusions of separation that still mire us down in this school called Earth.
Along the way I had my own challenges. I will never forget that when I got divorced, I looked at the long list of things I had judged and realized I was now living on that list. Slowly but surely I eradicated my judgments, mostly because I didn't want to become everyone and everything I had once judged!
I was trying to avoid more pain. I did. In addition, I grew. I started to seek understanding rather than censure. I started to feel compassion rather than blame. I granted myself these things first and then allowed the goodness to spiral out into the world around me.
As I forgave myself for perceived failures, I easily found compassion for others. As I owned my sadness, my fear, my anger, and my very own humanity, suddenly it became easy to grant others the same. "How could they?" turned into "there but for the grace of God go I." I started to see our common patterns, our common challenges, our common fears, and our common desires.
The souls I once labeled hypocrites revealed my own hypocrisy. The souls I judged revealed my own judgments. The souls I was angry at revealed my own anger. I turned inward and learned to love myself in "good times and in bad, in sickness and in health." I started to accept the fact that we are all just trying to do our best, me included.
That's when the magic started to happen.
I fell in love.
With Life itself.
I fell in love with the Presence of the Divine and the light trying to emerge within myself and then I feel in love with that very same light that lives within all things. I felt it and saw it with my inner being in Nature. I felt it and saw it in my clients. I felt it and saw it even in those we'd label monstrous human beings, buried beneath layers of pain and suffering but nonetheless still trying to emerge.
It started with loving myself.
Love, as we frequently label it in human terms, is a warm, fuzzy feeling generated by the body's chemistry. It is a fickle function of neurotransmitters triggering pleasure centers in the brain and lasts only about as long as the good feelings last... or are remembered.
Love, as the angels teach it, is a decision, a choice, that we make in each moment to witness the Divinity within ourselves or another. Love is felt when we see beneath the surface dramas and appearances and acknowledging the light of God in all beings.
Real love isn't just a feeling, although it does feel amazing. Real love is a decision we make to accept, and honor ourselves and others as Divine, whether we feel like it or not... and when we do, we feel good.
That kind of love moves mountains. That kind of love says to ourselves that we are worthy of love whether we think so or not; whether we earn it, or not. That kind of love is unconditional, ever-available, generous of spirit, and contagious. That love is who we really are.
So when you catch yourself judging others, choose to love yourself. When you catch yourself in anger, be kind to yourself yourself. When you feel jealous, don't diminish your own power. Self love is a marvelous tool for connecting with the Divine because the only true Self to love is Divine.
With that connection, suddenly there is nothing to fear any longer. This kind of love calms storms, creates miracles, and protects you no matter what is going on around you. It has done all three in my life.
It can do the same in yours.
Here are some pointers to connect with real, Divine love, for yourself and others, rather than falling into fear...
1. Choose to love yourself when you don't feel lovable
When you feel less than lovable, give yourself love. Hug yourself – literally. Wrap your arms around yourself and say, "Its OK. I love you," as if you are talking to a hurt child within who feels badly about him or herself. Tell yourself,"You're lovable even if you don't feel like it now. We'll just keep learning and doing better."
Grant yourself the love you wish others would... and in time you'll attract those who do.
2. See past the darkness of the world and bear witness to the light
Imagine you can see beneath the appearances, the wickedness, the dramas, and the monstrous behaviors and witness the hurting children within the souls who seem so bad and scary. Imagine seeing these hurting little children huddled in a corner, fighting to survive, or acting out, only because they are afraid and feel unloved. Imagine going back in time and hugging these hurting little ones. Imagine sending the hurting souls light. Imagine setting those wounded parts of them free.
Be the light of change rather than attacking the problem and you will lose your fear of these individuals.
3. Share this light/love with another in need
Any time you wish to feel the safety of the Divine, offer love. In a space of offering love to another we cannot feel fear. If you smile at the scariest looking soul you meet – that homeless person on the corner, the drug addict walking down the street, your angry boss, or scary ex, you will likely find that they either run away, look away, and avoid you, or smile back. Kindness can transform even the hardest heart. If not, the darkness runs from it.
There are a lot of things in the world that can look scary these days, but there is only one reality beneath it all – Love. And that love, like lava beneath the rocks is trying to emerge and flow freely in all souls, whether they know it or not, and of course in us. Love yourselves first, and then we can truly become the catalysts for deep, everlasting change.
