The reason you have no choice is that you didn’t create yourself, God created you. The spiritual path is really not about trying to get anyplace. It is just reawakening to who you are.
Another way to think of it is that we are not leaving on journey but returning to where we started. Along the way is the practice of being yourself in daily life.
JESUS SAID, “EVERYTHING THAT I CAN DO, YOU CAN DO MORE”. You cannot go through your spiritual initiations and realize God without transcending the selfish, materialistic, fear-based mind of our ego.
God created us, and our true identity is the God. In other words, we are all sons and daughters of God, made in God’s image. God is love, so we are love. We don’t have to become love; love is what we are. It is only the negative ego programming and conditioning – the mud on the diamond – that hides this awareness from us.

Be Open To Asking For & Receiving Help From The Angels By Ann Albers
Message From The Angels .....
My dear friends, we love you so very much,
We are always here beside you. Never do you live your lives alone. Never do you have to handle a challenge without wisdom, a betrayal without a trusted friend, a loss without a reminder of your eternal connection to abundance. Never do you have to figure out how to solve a problem or create a dream.
Dear ones, before you were born, angels were assigned to help and guide you throughout your journey of life. You do not need to know our names. In our realms, names are simply a unique vibration of energy. You do not need to worry about what we want from you. We want nothing from you. We want only for you the loving life that you, yourself, wish to create.
We can support you insomuch as you believe in the Creator's love for you and believe in your own dreams. Be open to asking for our help. Be open to receiving it. If you don't yet believe, ask us for signs that we are around. Ask to feel the love that we have for you. Ask to be comforted. Ask us to demonstrate that we are here helping you... and then be open.
Too often, humanity has been taught to look for only what it has seen in the past or right now. Perhaps you have not felt loved enough, assisted enough, or acknowledged. This can easily prevent you from believing that we would love, assist, or acknowledge you.
We are not human. We are aspects of the Creator's love for you - love made manifest so you can relate to it more easily! You can speak to the Presence of Love and Divinity within you directly or you can speak to us as individuals with a unique personality and function, and yet in each of those interactions you are talking to the Divine... simply in different forms.
So take a moment now. Sit. Breathe. Receive our love. We can help you adjust your energy so you become magnetic to that which you seek. We can, like your human 'stage hands' arrange things to help you more easily move through life. We can give you an experience of the magnitude of this love to the degree you are willing to believe and receive.
We can help you, but we are bound by the covenant the Divine made with you before you were born, to honor your free will. You have the power to choose to focus on that which is love or that which is not, and in so doing, you choose how much love we are able to share with you.
Look for the good in life. Appreciate what you can. Honestly ask for help when you cannot find the higher spaces... and in so doing, you will allow us to help, assist, and transmute all lower energies to those of light.

Message From Ann .....
When I started working with angels I put them on a pedestal. I was embarrassed to ask for help when I wasn't in the holiest space. Now I come to them exactly like I am.
In my beautiful glorious moments, we celebrate the victory of love! In my deeply human and pained moments, I asked for comfort. When I'm upset I joke, "I'm going to burn your ears... please put a bubble around me and recycle what I'm about to unload!"They can turn our darkness to light if we love ourselves enough to ask.
It took me years to fully understand that angels don't "decide" which prayers are worthy of a response. Our prayers, to them, are the energy we put out, not the words, and they answer every loving energy we emit. You could be in the throes of hell and ask for comfort, or assistance in getting a new perspective, and that single cry for love would be answered to the degree we allow for it.
They have taught me however, that we must partner with them and do our part. We must be open to receiving their help - open in our energy, not just in our words. We must focus on the outcomes we want rather than the problems. This is one big example of how that works...
A few years back when I was getting psychically attacked, I asked Archangel Michael, "Why can't you prevent this!" He lovingly answered my question, "You have free will and you are so focused on this fearful reality that we drive it away but your energy magnetizes it right back. Ask us to help you with your own fear instead and we can bolster your light, your trust in God, and then you can more permanently repel the darkness."
I asked for that sort of help. I asked to find compassion for the soul sending such negativity. When the angels helped me find the love, the attacks stopped. They had no more power over me. Now, every now and then when the energies that like to dim my light come around, I just sit, breathe, focus on God's light and wait for the angels to escort those energies out. I am no longer clinging to them with my fear.
Likewise when someone else's behavior is hurtful, I as the angels to help me see them with compassion through God's eyes and to help me focus back on my joy. I sit, breathe, and receive until I'm able to do so. Those prayers are answered so much more easily than "Get that that person to change!" If others don't want to use their free will to change, the angels are bound to honor their free will. Far better to ask for our own internal changes.
Working with angels is truly a partnership, and a beautiful one at that. As you realize that all your loving intentions, requests, and prayers are supported you'll feel more and more loved. As you open to the fact that you are loved, you open up to receive more assistance. A positive spiral begins the minute you ask for help.
Here are some pointers this week to help you work more effectively with your angels
1. Ask for help with your day
Every morning when you first wake up, ask for help with everything you'd like assistance with that day. Imagine your best day and ask the angels to help you have that or better. See what shows up!
I give my angels a "honey do" list every morning :)
2. Ask for help with what you do want, not what you don't
The minute you have a problem in your life, ask for help with the solution. The minute you have a conflict ask for help with healing. The minute you feel discomfort, ask to be comforted.
Focus on what it would feel like to have your desired outcome. This opens up your energy field to receive assistance. Otherwise your words are asking for the solution but your energy is tuned into the problem, and till drawing it back to you.
If you wanted to dial your friend but kept dialing your unpleasant coworker, all the wifi and cell phone power in the world wouldn't help you get a good connection.
We dial into our answered prayers by focusing on them. Then the angels can boost our signal and create the connection.
3. Sit. Breathe. Receive
I know I say this every other newsletter, but there is no easier way to work with angels than breathing while requesting that they adjust your energy to be happier, more abundant, more loving.
Try it a few minutes a day, asking for any specific outcome you want before and then just relaxing, breathing, and letting the angels adjust your energy.
They can tune us into what we want in much the same way a radio is dialed into a specific station.
Working with your angels isn't hard. Even if you don't hear them, they're there. They'll find ways to get through. I've had license plate messages, songs on the radio, billboards, internet articles that pop up... you name it! They're highly creative in guiding and assisting.
Even when they can't bring what I thought I wanted, I realize they are always working to give me what I really want, deep down. When I'm not able to focus on what I want, they help me get my mind and energy back in the right space.
They're always there, for every person who is willing to ask.

It's Safe to Let Your Light Shine

Shanta's Message .....
This is the shortest of the Gabriel Messages, and yet one of the most profound. Every time I read it, my heart is blasted with Archangelic Wisdom and Divine inspiration for an empowered life. This is a safety affirmation that can be used at any time to bring you a sense of Grace and Protection.
For years I had never felt safe to be in my body. It really did not feel as though the Earth was a benevolent or safe place for me to live. Even though I knew I had volunteered to be on this planet during these challenging times of awakening, throughout my life it had felt as though I was an alien species. I even began questioning the wisdom of staying in my body.
I was coached to begin saying safety affirmations. I began with, "It's safe to be in my body." That felt surprisingly good, so I started branching out. "It's safe to be who I truly am. It's safe to speak my truth." These really started encouraging me. Then finally I received the guidance from Archangel Gabriel, "It is safe to let your Light shine!"
This was a huge revelation, because I saw that in protecting myself I did not allow the true essence of my most Divine, authentic Self to radiate into the world. It became most important for me to shift into allowing the true radiance of Divine Light to be expressed in the world through my being.
It has taken many years to do this. I wish I could say it was an immediate turnaround. Old patterns can take some time to let go of. However, what I discovered is that when I allowed myself to reveal and express my most authentic loving nature, the happier I became.
The times we are living in require us to open up into a greater realm of awareness. We need to remember that it is not only safe to let our Light shine, it is imperative to the evolution of consciousness on the Earth. The more Divine Light that shines into the world, the more the planet and all beings who share this world are elevated.
Divine Light carries the expression of the love and intelligence of God that we each need so urgently. In order for all to live in true Harmony and for Peace to prevail on Earth, please know that it is truly safe to let your beautiful Light shine! Here is my prayer for us all:
Divine Presence,
Thank you for assisting me to become a radiant Beacon of Divine Light in the world. May I relax into my true, most loving self and allow this Light of Pure Love to shine through me to others. May I truly know that Well-being is my only reality and that I am safe, because I am being carried by a Love that never ends. I know in my heart that I am being held in Wings of Divine Light as I share this time with others.
Help me to be the one who has the courage to smile first. May I be willing to walk through my world with an open heart. I ask to demonstrate loving-kindness no matter who I am interacting with.
May all beings know that we are truly connected as family. May all of humanity open their hearts to allow their most Eternal, Empowered, Authentic, Divine Nature to radiate Light and Love within and around them at all times. And may we also be great receivers, acting in Trust and Wisdom, as we allow ourselves to be filled with the greatest Light the world has ever known. So be it. Be it so. Amen.
