Hi, I am new here and have been reading up on here and in general, when I stumbled across this very detailed website here:

Forgive me if this type of post is inappropriate, as I only just joined you here. The website is very difficult to understand as a succinct piece, but its contents disturbed me greatly. I wonder if anyone has any comment on all this. It will take time to digest all of this information on there!
I am finding it very difficult to know what sources to trust at the moment, as many websites offer counter-claims on who not to trust and why, yet they all contradict each other.

Well Lyndsey, I for one am not much about saying this is evil or good or what not. I just am not sure. I go by what I feel and trust that. I am a simple man and enjoy clarity of thought. I only briefly scanned that site, and it seemed way to complicated and dark for me. After scanning many very convoluted paragraphs about this entity and astral realm, I then read a sentence stating we cannot be sure of anything, even our higher self. Frankly why would the author bother with so many words to come to that conclusion? Lovelight is very simple Lyndsey, and it resides in YOUR Heart. It feels very blissful and makes you smile from ear to ear. The web is FULL of non sense. Look around for the smiley words and believe in what brings you bliss. Unless of course you find joy in pulling the wings off insects or what not. Lol I am sure you get what I am saying here. How many words are needed to say...I feel lovelight in my Heart, it feels like bliss and somehow I feel connected to other shiny happy people when I feel this bliss? It is very simple. The mind that accepts this happy truth is the real YOU! That other guy always wanting more words and explanation and are you sure about this? Is your conditioned mind or ego who always wants answers but never a solution. I say follow your Heart...it is way easy :) Much Lovelight

Yes, the site brought me down a lot and had a very negative effect on me. It felt like a veiled attack designed to destabilise and confuse, buts its wording was deployed to counteract this thought process.
I shall avoid looking at that site again. Thanks for your input and your uplifting words.
