Living In The Now
You are living in the long awaited time of your Great Shift into the multidimensional domains of consciousness you share with all of us on the Christed and Ascended levels of being. Since 2012 your lives have been knowingly or unknowingly preparing you for your ascension into Christ Consciousness. Living in the now and being fully present in each unfolding moment will allow you to experience this shift with great ease and joy.

On this day of the Winter Solstice as the Light heralds the birth of the inner Christ, consciously expand the Love and Unity within your heart until it includes all beings. Feel your heart expand until your Love and Unity encircles the Earth and returns to you.
The authentic power that comes from living as a Christ can only manifest when you are fully present. Taking care of completing any and all contracted responsibilities remains, yet there should be no newly contracted or decreed events that could in any way delay your Ascension.
Living in defenselessness is a vital component of living as a Master in Oneness with the Presence of God. The clearing out of old identities, which were created out of the beliefs, perceptions and opinions you adopted from others and the societies in which you lived over the ages, can now be seen as having no real basis in truth. They were simply created in the past based on the false beliefs you adopted from your family or from others in your community, and the purpose these beliefs once served is now obsolete.
Identities have also been created out of events that often held little or no love in them and they will not, and cannot endure or be part of your new Golden Age of Freedom. In the past, these identities kept you from really being fully present as your authentic Self, yet know that they will only last as long as they are being referred to by you or by those who are currently involved in your life.
When old emotions and the memories associated with them are released of their value and fully forgiven, they can then be set free to graduate into the higher domains of your consciousness. Your soul tapestry will then show where all old identities have been recognized and “unplugged” from every level of your consciousness and you are then free to live in the mastery and the majesty of each unfolding moment.
Transcending your limited human identities and the beliefs associated with them is a magnificently freeing process as it accompanies the letting go of all the old beliefs, hurts and pains that are so often endured and falsely believed to be real. Seen finally for what they are, and are not, there comes the realization that only the human expression of the self has ever experienced any pain, and that the Spirit or eternal Self can never be hurt, maimed, dis-figured, abandoned, betrayed, deceived or even be a part of any negative event.
Now it is suggested that you complete this year by placing all of your old identities into the Violet Flame of transmutation and that you visualize them being completely removed from the tapestry of your soul and “retired” from your history. You are then completely free to move forward as the Christ that has always been seeded within your Spiritual Heart. This is your true Christ-Mas gift from God, and to God as it demonstrates the true spiritual potential of every soul.
Only when the ego has been recognized and seen for its false play in your mind and in your life is the soul truly free to live as a Christ. Admitting mistakes is one of the biggest hurdles for the ego, so perhaps the greatest gift you can ever present to God is the surrender of your ego and the transference of its creations back into the pure Love and Light of God. Letting go of its creations means there is no longer anything to defend and this is perhaps the greatest step one can take to come to an absolute place of defenselessness. This is the transparency needed to live as a Christ and to fully return to living in real partnership with God in the everlasting now. This has always been so, yet now is the time to fully accept this throughout the whole of your being so you can truly walk your Earth as a living Master.

This Christmas I asked to be used as Mrs. Miracle, ‘she who dispenses miracles to those in need of one’. No matter how small of how seemingly insignificant the action, I followed the signs and inner prompting, while fussing the whole time with the cosmos about their choice of dispersion. I may be a star girl but I have spent the last 66 years on earth, (mostly) and I still think the meek should raise their heads and be heard in the halls of heaven.
Like a ringleader at a comic circus I followed the bouncing cosmic ball and shared that blessed info with others, and they too followed the Christmas sparkle as it led them down glittered alleys and into holy parking lots. We have all entertained the Angels this Christmas month unknowingly or maybe not! Please ask to be a miracle giver to others even if it is you who really needs the miracle. Become the blessing you seek, give what you need most!
I sit tucked into the side of a blessed mountain that knows its purpose; it is alive and very animated even in the dormant teachings of winter. In this place I hold many secret and sacred relics and teachings that seek to be shared. In 2018 new doorways of these teachings will activate and open.
Until the new opportunities arise from their sleep I mend nets when I cannot go to sea. This Christmas I glittered all of the universes demands of me, whether a dollar bill that was released randomly or a Christmas angel or card left on a car, the glitter came from deep in the Golden Heart of God. A place where the sacred heart and the immaculate heart share a space!
The ‘Sacred Heart is the Christ Heart and the Immaculate Heart is the Divine Mother Heart. The first sound Christ heard upon coming to earth was the heartbeat of the Divine Mother, his earth-heart Mother. The Divine Mother saw all that was to come in a moment’s notice and continued to birth what seemed impossible to do or bear in the fuutre. When the sacred heart and the immaculate heart beat as one, they trigger a new cadence in Gods heart as well. A familiar sound far off yet beckoning one to get closer.
The sound of home and hope and miracles waives thru the universe like sugar cookies doing the dance of the sugarplum fairies. The heart remembers home, no matter what form one may have taken, it is the heart that earth seeks to awaken. The very heart of the universe is summoned and the blending of the immaculate heart and the sacred heart are given as proof of what is desired by a planet that comes to its knees in this season of Giving and for-giving.
The human heart unfurls itself
In this Decembers learnings the human heart will find its way to a great opening in the soul, finally Growing wings for a flight that was beyond measure. The human heart is a powerful device, more powerful than the ark of the covenant.
The human heart has a perseverance that unfolds and unfurls its self as a banner that is strewn across the earth sky. Humanity stands tall in their tall in their unity when there is reason to fear. But as time passes and the pastures of their life are no longer in danger, they turn from the unison that was so important a day ago, an hour ago, a week ago.
The death of the old is upon you as you awaken to a higher institution of light and enter the hallway of capabilities that are now available. You have the ability to cast your hope into a place that is unfurled in glory and anchored in faith.
Listen for the signs with every inch of your body. Do not allow your gridlocked consciousness to get you lost in the corn maze of life and seeking the light!. Listen to the heighten senses of the body. When the hairs upon your body raise a red flag – listen. Pay attention to what is around you, if the alarm is going off, literally listen, child listen. For what affects one, affects the ALL. You have been given the 'gift of supreme Realization, a virtual clarity' what do you do with this sacred gift, how will you use it and store its truths? Look to your future with clear eyes, see clearly what unfolds. Do not be blind to the worlds, for each choice escorts you into another place of knowing and learning in a distinct and Different latitude and cosmic longitude.
You are asked to enter the quantum fields of reality where you direct the orchestra, where you direct the energies, where you direct the creations without fault, without fear, without falling, or without failing. You are each Masters and Maestros of Light. Nature has have held the sacred text and the sacred truths until humans were aware enough to embrace them in love. All of life has messages hidden within it. It is time to release the bounty that lives within the rocks, the clouds, the sky, the snow, the trees, and the water.
Each kindness you do travels thru space and time
As the Living Presence of Christmas comes into your Heart, allow it to unfurl its dovelike wings with purpose and a divine plan. Plan to be a better human with a vaster purpose. Listen to the signs and hear the future as it beckons your immediate attention.
Each and every day listen with your heart and then move into that place of thought. Follow your light as it connects with person place or thing. Follow your light as it directs you like a beacon into a place of heavenly choices. Choice is the Grand Master of all human energies as it consumes humanity. People are always at a point of choice. Ask to choose wiser, to choose from a place of love.
Each kindness that you do travels thru space and time touches all on its way to the beginning. You touch the very Godhead, the Source with your every action and inaction, know this always then choose to walk the fine line of creation. Give to those who do not expect it, Give anonymously with zest. Give of your silent prayers. Give without thinking allowing it to be a way of life not a season!
Become that which you yearn to be in your inner heart. Become the picture in your mind as you embrace the higher purpose. Let the Light point you in a new direction that will support you to be all that you were born to be. Spend your time and energy wisely in your creational mode which runs full speed all the time. Stop fighting the currents of your life and drifting from drama to drama. Become the master of your fate, challenge the status quo and allow a champion to be born.
You are in a time of birthing yourself into higher light at a different octave of truth. As you sit in the womb of No-time, No-space, you try to stretch, but the walls of illusion keep you restricted in an undetectable prison. You push and push trying to stretch into the limitlessness you innately know yourself to be. When a child is in the mother’s womb, the child’s spirit has the ability to reach out past limitations, skirting about in the parent’s energy field reaching into the past, and future, overcoming space and time seeking knowledge while in the place of safety. .
Your life is similar to that of the unborn child. You feel limitations; as if the very walls of your life grow steeper and slippery with every fear. You grunt and groan, complaining as the limitations become more and more animated and real. You are living in this dimension of matter and also living in spirit, in the light on a multitude of levels. Your body seems limited and vulnerable, yet the spirit and light-force that inhabits it has magnificent never-ending capabilities.
You are connected to everything in the Universe; everything flows through you and to you. All energies, thoughts, and words flow through time continually. There is not an end nor a beginning, but a recurrent flow of life, changing form. There is no failure in this type of existence only evolution.
It is a time of yielding and trusting your process. The butterfly that you are inside is far greater than any illusion. Let go and know that the divine plan will work. The caterpillar is destined to become a butterfly it can be no other way! Surrendering is accepting that the universe knows your every whim and desire before even you desire it. The hole is small only in the mind of the caterpillar, not in the mind of God. The creational fields of God are large enough to accommodate all the future butterflies of earth and every place else.
The sacred geometry of nature
Everything within and upon the planet earth has a geometry, a light, and a sound that is involved with its expansion. like crop circles all of life sends a message on a conscious or subconscious level. snow is solidified sacred patterns miniature frozen in time crop circles. The frozen geometric light comes forth to infuse all with sacred patterns of ancient teachings’. Like a snow globe that has landed in its field of choice, releasing its very refined data. Like love letters from the Heavens to earth, they are absorbed into the heart of the land. .
People, who live in places that do not receive snow, yearn for the purity of snow, the crisp clean feeling of something that magical that has been birthed. The coldness feeds upon the warmth of the heart and the hearth. Imagine trillions upon trillions of snowflakes, each one holding a different geometry, a different light reflection, a different purpose and truth, all joining together to give the gift of Love to earth.As you walk upon them and hear the crunch of the geometries breaking apart. Imagine yourself walking through every crop circle that was ever created all at once, frozen in time allow that thought to be birthed, yielding unexpected rewards. Move beyond that which seems slippery and frozen, skate across the pond of your life in a place of safety and knowing.

As life twists and turns and tries to wiggle away from us we all come to a place of greater tails that seek to be completed in a place of the immaculate heart. We are all becoming more, no matter how it may look on the inside or outside. What is light and alive within us seeks to get out the small box one has painted them selves into. We are all more than just the pieces of frayed memories that hold us together. As the glue of the past shifts and no longer adheres to our cosmic Teflon coating, we begin to let go of how we explain ourselves and allow our living soul lights to be sculpted into more than just a block of the past frozen in time.
I have been hearing the call to do these ‘Transmission Sessions’ for some time now, not knowing if I was ready and able to go in that direction with all the other demands. As I get older in dog years and younger in heart-years I hear the old Bob Dylan song playing in my head ‘ I was so much older than I am younger than that now’. As we all squeeze play into another level of dimensional rife, the news tells us mountains all over the world have suddenly ground up and out of proportion. New technology tells us it is so, it must be true!
Or are we just in a different place and experience, where the dreams of our hearts will play out in living Technicolor; is this our second chance to get it right? God/ Goddesses I hope so!
Is this the year that Cayce’s Atlantis will rise, is this the year your heart opens to an unexpected love, or an unexpected child? Is this the year that accrued miracles finally curtsy in the center of your karmic wheel? God/ goddess I hope so, for us all, each and every one!
What is the Sense of Knowingness?
Ultimately, we are the only ones responsible for our own existence, our experiences, our perceptions, and how we choose to feel beyond all of this.Let's take some time to talk about the Sense of Knowingness. It is not knowledge, it is Knowingness. Knowingness is having the Sense, of going beyond the mind and the words to feel the answers.
Knowingness doesn't store data, information, facts and figures. It doesn't know, until it needs to know. When it needs it, the answer is just there. When the human needs answers, the human doesn't get it, until they tap into their own Divine Sense of Knowingness.
They can get external answers from the world that surrounds them, but it isn't their Truth, because it came from somebody else. Ultimately, there is nothing Absolute in the Universe. Quantum Science has proved that when they started having different scientists, doing the exact same experiments, with the exact same amount of the exact same elements, with the exact same procedures... but got different results according to the scientists' expectations and assumptions of what was going to happen.
They got different results, with experiments when there was a camera to record the result, compared to a human witnessing it, and no one being there to witness the experiment. This has proven that there is no Reality outside of Perception, and Awareness... which then comes back to Albert Einstein's Theory of Relativity.
It all comes down to the exact same result. Every human is responsible for their existence, their experiences, their reality, and their perception. Whatever anybody perceives, believes, allows to be Real or True, is therefore what manifests within the Quantum Field of that person's perception. And therefore, that's what Knowingness means. It the Individual Sense, unique to every single being in Creation, that creates the answers that are the most appropriate for one person.
Tormenting Oneself mentally always makes everything more complicated, when everything can actually be extremely easy. Releasing the mental tensions, stopping the struggles, taking a deep breath, sensing into your own Knowingness, and accepting that everything comes to you gracefully, simply allows it to be. Without efforts. The simple, easy and graceful pathways always come, because that is what you choose to experience, because you have assumed absolute Ease & Grace to be Your Reality.
And therefore, everything comes to you. Naturally.
That's what Knowingness is about. That's what Quantum Teachings is about. Now you see, why I tell you this, and why I may appear arrogant or provocative in my perspectives. Because I have compassion, whenever I see anyone mentally tormenting themselves, over-complicating everything, and making their own life a hell. Because I know everything can be done in Ease and Grace, without the overall struggling with everything, fighting with everything...You Know Life can be a Grand and Beautiful Experience, if you just allowed yourself to relax... into your Divine Sense of Knowingness. Beyond the mind, beyond worries... but most of all, as the Master of your Sovereign Domain. Assuming your Beingness, in a Realm of Ease, Grace, Fulfillment, Simplicity, Passion, and Mastery ~
Choose to have the Realization of your Embodied Enlightenment right now
Go beyond the mind, the thoughts and the feelings. Relax into your Knowingness. Into sensing, beyond any thoughts, feelings, emotions, or any physical responses... into Sensing Everything, breathing New Energy in. Pull out that Sword of Responsibility from this stone of old energy, as The Master, as The Creator.
Choose to have the Realization of your Embodied Enlightenment right now, so you can move forward, walk beyond the illusion of being in a prison. Choose to be Free, beyond the mind, forever assuming your Beingness in a realm of Ease, Grace, Fulfillment, Simplicity, Passion and Mastery.

All the writings that have been compiled in this newsletter are based on realizing that whatever we are trying to achieve spiritually is simply a Natural Process that can be allowed with Ease and Grace, without working, struggling, efforting, powering, forcing...etc.
It is about going beyond work, because when we work towards something we are creating the illusion that what we are trying to accomplish, is a far off distant reality. It is like being a hamster on a wheel...
The basic core is to Sense into the Absolute Fulfillment of every goal, desire, future potentials, and to Relax into the Knowingness that everything is taken care of (not to be mistaken with denying the physical reality and doing nothing, simply Knowing that everything is already there).
Everything I write about, is merely different expressions of the exact same concept applied over and over to a lot of different subjects. My writings are more of a "Compilation of Awarenesses" to relax into, to go beyond worries, anxiety, depression, limitations, boredom...etc ; in order to Realize with how much Simplicity we can turn our Entire Life around.
Therefore, the point of Quantum Teachings is not to struggle at anything and complicate things, not to plan the Natural Process of Spirit in linear time. It simply is about allowing everything to flow on its own, Knowing that this is a very natural process, which is in fact already complete beyond linear time.
It is about Relaxing, releasing the mental tensions, going beyond the mind, putting an end to all struggles. Realizing & Knowing that Creation is in motion around and through our Consciousness, which is the constant (and not us trying to move through Creation).
Earth is a Planetary Cosmic Theater. Everything is an Act of Consciousness. Whatever you Act is what you become. Whatever you assume to be is what comes to you. Then, why not assume Absolute Ease & Grace?
Allow yourself to go beyond the mind and the thoughts, sense into your own Knowingness. Sense... into your Absolute Fulfillment. It doesn't need thoughts, nor mental focus. This simply is 'Awareness'.
Allow... and be that which you are.

And suddenly... when you realize that it's not about battling the energies in your physical body, but simply relaxing and allowing the natural process of integration of your Light Body.
Suddenly, when you stop forcing, struggling, efforting... and just assume that everything serves your enlightenment... reality starts matching this assumption and the very energies that are working in your body suddenly aren't painful anymore. Because you're assuming that they're there in service to you, not working against you. Because you're no longer putting resistance to those energies, simply allowing everything to happen.
Everybody today is doing the "what's wrong with me" thingy... but there's nothing wrong with anyone. It's kinda like a self-fulfilling prophecy, when you believe there's something wrong with you, well then it gets there. Trying hard is like being a hamster on a wheel, it doesn't get you anywhere. Simply Relax into your Realization of Embodied Enlightenment. Relax into the Knowingness that everything is already Fulfilled, that Everything is Taken Care Of, that All is Well in All of Creation... and therefore it simply will be so.

We are here to encourage, acknowledge and celebrate the incredible changes that you are bringing about. We observe how change can be unsettling and even frightening to many of you. However, for the old patterns and old limited realities to be transformed, there must be change.
Sometimes the changes are so gradual that they are not noticed until the results are obvious to all. Other times the changes are quick, shocking and alarming. Nevertheless changes are a part of evolving. The ability to adapt is one of the essential aspects to being human and does enable you to survive. The key to being able to adapt to the changes in your reality is the ability to thrive and evolve.
As a collective consciousness you have been experiencing and witnessing changes in familiar patterns and behaviors; some of the more shocking events can cause you to want to retreat, pull in or even hide. We are inviting you instead to step up, continue to take action and add your personal energy and vibration to the mix. We invite you to continue to envision and accelerate the transformation of consciousness within the collective.
Realize and own your powerful part in what is occurring. Without doubt know that you are connected to the energy fields and minds of the collective energy offered by others. Without a doubt know that your thought fields and emotional vibrations connect to and interface with the thought fields and emotional vibrations of others.
Know that your consciousness has an energetic effect on the quantum field and therefore, all things. Imagine that the energy of your thoughts/emotions creates a template or blueprint that is added, so to speak, to the global databank. Remember that energy follows thought. Whatever you put out is going to add to the field that is life diminishing or the field that is life sustaining.
You are witnessing this duality being played out in the events of your reality. Which duality do you support? Honor your true magnificence as a galactic divine being, playing in a dimension that is undergoing a tremendous shift. Own the possibilities that your emotions can and do shape or create your physical reality.
Once you are playing at that level anything is possible in your personal life and also in the global reality of world events. You are being supported by the entire galaxy to expand your understanding of consciousness. There is a rising frequency on earth that is triggering the awakening of humanity. The chaos that you are witnessing is the resistance to this rise of frequency.
Allow yourself to believe and understand that you personally carry within your circuits the blueprint of future energy and reality. It is your expanded consciousness that allows you to experience the higher dimensions of future energy. There is much information about dimensions and what we can share with you is that dimensions are not a certain place or a certain location, dimensions are levels of consciousness.
As more and more individuals are beginning to realize, when they vibrate at a higher level, they can more easily experience higher dimensions. Each time you access a higher dimension you bring a new pattern or template to this hologame of 3D reality.
Practice shifting your limited physical consciousness and programming to allow your divine consciousness as a multidimensional being to anchor the seeds of a miraculous, unified and harmonious world. Every act of compassion or kindness truly ripples out to the collective field. Every act of love truly raises the vibration of all energy in the universe.
It is your limited beliefs and old emotional baggage that keeps you locked in this rather challenging dimension. It is the belief and feeling of being powerless victims or martyrs that trap you in the dramas. Make it your goal and intention to release and transform dense negative issues and experiences. Every time you transform or heal a personal issue you make that energy available to the collective global databank.
Remember that emotions are contagious. Fear energy always generates more fear energy and the behaviors associated with that vibration. Imagine that as you offer feelings of gratitude and kindness as often as possible, you are adding that coherent frequency to the collective field.
Time as you know it is an illusion. It is a part of the 3D reality. It keeps you consciously hooked.
As you practice staying in a coherent frequency and vibration, you raise your consciousness and experience or flow into the higher dimensions. Realize that you are imprinting your very DNA with this experience. Understand that DNA is capable of communicating beyond space and time.
When you move into the higher dimensions you might feel a certain lightness of being or spaciousness, other times you might experience colors and shapes that astound you. There might be sense of wonder or excitement. These experiences might last a brief time, however as you allow this to occur more frequently, your awareness of being in a higher dimensional state will became easier and you will stay in this elevated state longer.
When you experience these higher states of consciousness that allow you to move into the frequencies of the higher dimensions, you will often connect with the beings of that dimension.
These beings of light and love will support and assist you in navigating these new realms. Each time you have a new experience you bring that energy and seed this reality therefore making dimensional travels more available to anyone who can tap into that invitation.
You anchor that ability into the global conscious databank as a true possibility allowing the collective consciousness to begin to shift into these higher states of awareness and experience. There is a synchronicity of this truth that begins to occur in the DNA of others.
We invite you to remember that even in these seeming difficult and chaotic times and events there is always a different scenario to call forth. Call forth the life sustaining ones and anchor those seed into this dense field.
