Mark Trevis (Grandfather Munay) .... and yes, bringing it into daily practice is key. In these days, it is good to be fully in the practice of walking our talk.. living our truth.. Let us always remember that indeed we are one and what we "see" without is also within. I love the words "where we have called forth and confronted our own dark energies and experiences.... and we have shined the white, cleansing light of forgiveness upon every part of ourselves."

Powerful words and so important for us to do and not simply look "out there" and stay in the old paradigms of blame and victimization. Time to call back all our Light and all our Power, Wisdom and Truth that we have given away or left along the path somewhere. I offer this Compassion exercise from the Avatar teachings. Blessing to all!!

Honesty with one's self leads to compassion for others.

Objective: To Increase the amount of compassion in the world.

Expected Results: Increase in understanding and a personal sense of peace.

Instructions: This exercise can be done anywhere that people congregate (airports, events, beaches, etc.). It should be done on strangers, unobtrusively and from some distance. Try to do all five steps on the same person.

Steps:

1. With your attention on the person, repeat to yourself: "Just like me, this person is seeking some happiness for (his or her) life."

2. With your attention on the person, repeat to yourself: "Just like me, this person is trying to avoid suffering in (his or her) life."

3. With your attention on the person, repeat to yourself: "Just like me, this person has known sadness, loneliness and despair."

4. With your attention on the person, repeat to yourself: "Just like me, this person is seeking to fill (his or her) needs."

5. With your attention on the person, repeat to yourself: "Just like me, this person is learning about life."

Variations of The Compassion Exercise: • To be done by couples and family members to increase understanding of each other. • To be done on old enemies and antagonists still present in your memories. • To be done on other life forms.

I offer you a song..

Keeping the Peace Holding the Vision Living the Dream Of a higher Union For as long as there is life in this world For as long as the sun shines in the sky For as long as there is Love in our hearts The dream of Peace will always live

For all that we share in the world With all this life beneath our Sun Let Peace be a dream that we live Let our hearts beat as One.

Dek and Mark .. SO Beautiful and poignantly truthful!!!  .... to stay in that beautiful Divine Light of embrace of the 'other'....... I know I do not always do this, I have to accept, release and forgive myself when I do not see the Divine in 'another', and continue to work at ... staying completely centered in LOVE and ACCEPTANCE NO matter WHAT or WHERE anyone is.....

I also Adore the very simple but perfect  Ho'ponopono mantra, so powerful and connects us into accepting 100% responsibility for what it is we 'witness' and experience...

I am sorry.

Please, forgive me.

Thank you.

And, I love you.
