Healing Your Inner Child Meditation: Creating a Safe Inner Healing Sanctuary

In this meditation we connect with the Wounded Child within, the part of us that has been hurt by incarnating into a 3D Family in a 3D Reality. In this meditation we focus on healing and protecting the Wounded Child within, the part of us that may feel unloved, unhappy, unworthy, that does not belong anywhere.
For most people, the past contains a mix of positive and negative events. These experiences form our personality, they can inform our choices and goals as we mature into adulthood.
If we had a happy childhood then qualities such as innocence, playfulness and fun are easier to access as an adult. If we had an unhappy childhood, then we are more likely to have developed unhealthy ego defence mechanisms that we carry into adulthood.
THE GOOD NEWS is it is never too late to have a happy childhood! We can heal and transform the memories of the past from the present moment.
