- You have the ability to create your dream life. In time for your alignment 12:12. The Creator has aligned my Heart to the mind and this affects all your hearts and minds collectively. As Earth has aligned itself to Orion. You are all experiencing the burst of real TRUTH and awareness shift. If you feel draft of energy and dizzy this is normal. At this present moment it is time to open your mind set to the REAL universal truth, this initiates the basic process to open your heart Chakra.
- Breathe in love, and exhale love throughout your entire being.Opening your heart. Aligning your inner divine truth the light of God, Divine in your heart center. This is a shift you can make in every moment. You align yourself with your highest truth, for your highest truth is open-hearted living. We are in a time of expanded Light frequencies. New doors are opening for your ability to perceive in more expansive ways. The power of keen perception is available to all who ask and take the time to receive.What you require now is to relax into the Divine Light flooding the planet and allow it to complete the rewiring process that is working within your energy system to create your ascended Light Body.
Deepening your breath is a key ingredient in opening and expanding into the new empowered frequencies of Divine Light. When you breathe very shallowly, your energy field contracts and your body interprets the constriction as fear because it is afraid that it won’t receive enough oxygen. With a breath, fear can become excitement and your energy field will expand. This is not only a delicious feeling for the body, the expansion allows you to receive more Light into your energy system.
Recognize also that many people are experiencing the same type of ascension symptoms. It is always good to check these symptoms out with a doctor. After that, do your best to not take what you perceive as unusual activity in your body so personally. Remember that this is a mass awakening process. Be aware of the extreme quality of your spiritual evolution being demonstrated, and as you release the old patterns in yourself, know that it also helps to clear those same frequencies for all humanity.
There is a divine correlation between your ability to expand your perspective to allow new frequencies to work through you and that same awakening consciousness in all of life. What you are experiencing and letting go of is assisting the awakening of all beings on the planet. There has been a constant state of upgrade and rewiring process occurring through this past year, and it has been very difficult for most people.
Throughout time there have been moments when the Supreme Consciousness is impulsing new light frequencies for the awakening of humanity. This was true in the periods of history such as the Renaissance and Industrial Age. The energy of this time, however, is without precedence and it is important to use this time wisely. You have stepped foot into the River of All Creation. Whatever you need could be available with Grace and Ease. It is a matter of focusing the Divine Light in expansive ways.
When you learn to ground the new frequencies and allow the accelerated energy to flow more freely through your body, your life will feel more elevated and inspiring.
Consider the practice of giving the Light of Divine Love to all the parts of yourself that are suffering, questioning, or in pain. As you send Light and give more Love to yourself on a daily basis, an ease begins to permeate your life and new levels of consciousness explode through your being.
Change is the constant expression of this time. The acceleration you are experiencing is the awakening of new 5D life on the planet. When you know that your spiritual evolution is creating the changes within and around you, it helps to relax the questioning mind. Change is only uncomfortable when you are holding on to old patterns. Change is exhilarating when you can relax and expand with the new frequencies. When We Accept And Work With Our Inner Awareness - We Float ! By Joe Gerard
We have the power of love to touch and heal someone. The expansion of ourselves to become our awareness gives us this privilege and makes us witness our feelings, thoughts and actions. It is totally different from our egoist wanting of anything or anyone, which is based on our needs. When we let our ego step out, our lives become limitless and our needs will disappear. This ego radiates negative energy and makes us vulnerable to all kinds of negativity. When we put effort into overcoming the ego and radiate our love and respect to our surroundings, it reflects back to us as positive energy. This is our healing. As I mentioned, suffering is a simple reminder to us that we are not alone, and sharing other’s’ struggles is again another form of healing. Hugging is a form of healing as it gives emotional support. It transforms positive energy without words, without the presence of ego and it lets us touch the spirit of others. When a time comes that we need to accept our defeat, instead of fighting to stay to be defeated again, our acceptance brings the healing. This acceptance is awakening as it gives more opportunities to change than resisting letting go. When we struggle, we drown. When we accept and work with awareness, we float. We cannot keep on fighting because everything will happen in its own pace and the fruit only ripen in its season. This is our healing.
Without love, everything becomes either a chore or burden or chaos or noise. No parent would like to deal with a soiled diaper unless there is love. There will be a time in our lives that we will realize that love is not about owning things that complete us. It is about celebration and appreciation of our creativity, sensitivity, gratefulness and goodness. The way we see ourselves with compassion and our acceptance of our individualities, completes us. It is the way of acknowledging that everyone has the right and freedom to be here in this universe as you and me that completes us. It is the way we take the step to be kind with what we say and lift the confidence of, others, which completes us. It is the way we are happy without being presented with a reason, which completes us. Being profound in thinking, completes us. Kindness is love and it is what we share. It is our love that, lights our way into everything. How others respond to us is their karma and their path. It is their responsibility to deal with either the joy or the pain their karma brings.
Our attitude makes the difference. The ego can make us feel important but it kills our happiness. Just like any other addiction that hurt others, these types of addictions are fruitless desires. We are aware that these habits and addictions make our lives tough. We also have the awareness that times are magical to unite our mind, body and soul and to become the unity of light. In a way, ego is a reflection of hardened heart that walks away from the light. Addictions are harder to fight. Passing judgment over others, having control, staying angry and manipulation are all forms of addictions and it is a reflection of the hardened heart. When the hardened heart is motivated to accept the grace, it restores itself and the addictions dissipate. When we love something more than our addictions and habits, such as our kids, our families or something else we treasure, we are aware that we are changing. This awareness of the acceptance of the light and the habit of being in the light, are what keep us going. We tend to take things for granted and we procrastinate to get rid of things that hurt everyone.
