    Thank you Steven for the reminder!  It is always easier to say thank you when things are going well, but when pain is a constant reminder - we delay in saying thank you to the aching parts of our body.

    This was very interesting.  As soon as it started I could feel a flow starting through my body starting at the crown. My cat Sam who had cuddled himself on my lap as he always does when I am behind the computer could feel it also. He gave a couple of deep sighs and started purring louder. I have trouble with my left knee and left shoulder and during the flow I experienced more pain and could feel the flow making the entire area warm.
