The current work is not exactly a session with words, but a open-up to your inner feelings and words work.

There are three gaps in the word file... delete the bracketed part... and

write your heart out in the first part that you wish to heal and clear from your life.

In second part write what you would like to install in daily life and habits.

and third, ask for emotions and positive frequencies and energies to download and integrate.

The conecpt is, when you become more aware of your inner thoughts and feelings, it goes easy to shift the response. you get to know more of yourself. There is no judgement, of good bad differentiation from source and its time we release ours towards us.

While we did a lots of acension shifts, its also important to be aware what we are and what we wish in life.

download the file, its enbedded with transmuation energy codes. writing in it itself starts the enrgy to work on you and what you write.

also in time, you may wish to send some energy to it for healing and transmuting it...
