To ease the preparation, I made a code that was to be applied during preparation.

Rewriting about use of common salt to hold healing energies and for daily use.

What you need for this?

1:Common/cooking salt

2: Edible fresh leafy vegetable (home grown as it will be free from pesticides).

3:Drinking water

Preparation:

1:Grind equal weight of spinach (your choice vegetable) plus salt.

2: boil the mixture as the green part precipitates.

3: Filter with cloth or filter paper.

4: Now you have clear soup.

5: use the code in soup "Healing Salt"

6: Boil to dry into salt.

7: Now leave the dried salt in sun light for 4-5 hours as it turns into complete dust. (without sunlight its not complete)

So your elixir is ready. Store in glass bottle and use wooden spoons. take a pinch in morning and night. You can experince the energy spread instanly. 

You may have many clearing symptoms in a day or two. in case the problems stay for more that 3 days. stop. boil again and dry.  basically, a good preparation will not cause any trouble.
