I would say
I am now sending an attunement to (the name of the person) who lives in the state or city to enable a good sleep for a specified number of hours (then wait half an hour to work.
Is this method correct?

I've lately been waking up after 2-4 hours of sleep for no reason, but usually I go back to sleep. However, it makes for not very refreshing sleep. Thank you!
